By collaborating with providers like you, we improve access to quality behavioral healthcare and encourage whole-person health for our members. Your partnership helps us create powerful care solutions, and our network team is always ready to join forces on new, innovative approaches to care. With decades of experience in the field and an unwavering commitment to partnership, we can create positive change in the lives of those we serve, together. New Directions offers EAP products, Wellness Programs, and Student Assistance Programs (“SAPs”), as well as other products, services, and programs, to employers, universities, colleges, higher education schools, and other organizations. EAP providers offer assessment, short term counseling (where available and appropriate), referral and follow-up. Short term counseling sessions can range from 1 session to 12 sessions, depending on the Client’s EAP benefit package. We also provide on-site crisis counseling support for an organization’s critical incident (for example, death of an employee) and trainings on work-life balance and other topics that are helpful to managers and employees.
